Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Defective Product

For defective product, please notify Short-Term Memory Aid to activate replacement process.

Include:
• Name, address and phone #
• Order #
• Reason for return.

We will forward a return label via email.

Refund will be credited to original credit account.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please save the receipt.
